1. INTRODUCTION

1.3. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JACOB LEE, operated by JACOB LEE TRADING L.L.C.

1.4. By accessing the Website, placing an order, or otherwise using any part of the Website or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.5. These Terms should be read together with any other policies published on the Website, including our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy, each of which forms part of your use of the Website and any purchase made through it.

1.6. We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on the Website and will become effective upon publication. Your continued use of the Website following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1. You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.2. You agree not to:

3.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Section.

 

4. MERCHANT OF RECORD AND GLOBAL-E

4.1. Certain transactions on the Website are processed by our international sales partner Global-e, who acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through the Website.

4.2. Where applicable, when you place an order through the Website, you may be purchasing products from Global-e rather than directly from JACOB LEE TRADING L.L.C.

 

4.3. In such cases, Global-e may process the checkout, payment, and certain elements of the transaction, including duties, taxes, and cross-border transaction handling.

4.4. Transactions processed by Global-e are subject to the applicable Global-e Terms of Sale, available at:

4.5. By placing an order through the Website, you acknowledge and agree that:

a) the seller for the relevant transaction may be Global-e;

b) Global-e may purchase the relevant Product(s) from JACOB LEE and resell them to you;

c) your transaction may be subject to Global-e’s terms and privacy notices as presented at checkout.

 

5. PRODUCTS

5.1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, images, details, specifications, and prices displayed on the Website are accurate.

5.2. However, all Products are subject to availability, and we do not guarantee that any Product displayed on the Website will always be available for purchase.

5.3. Certain Products may be available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities.

5.4. We reserve the right to:

a) modify or discontinue any Product at any time;

b) limit the quantities of any Product available for purchase;

c) restrict the sale of Products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction where appropriate.

5.5. We reserve the right to refuse any order for multiple quantities of the same Product where we reasonably believe that the order is being placed for resale, distribution, or other unauthorized commercial purposes.

 

6. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION AND NATURAL VARIATIONS

6.1. We make every effort to display Product colours, finishes, and materials as accurately as possible.

6.2. However, the display of colours may vary depending on your device, screen settings, and other technical factors. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will exactly reflect the actual colour of any Product.

6.3. Certain Products, including leather goods and garments made from natural materials, may show natural variations in texture, grain, finish, tone, and appearance. Such natural variations are inherent characteristics of the material and shall not be regarded as defects.

6.4. Normal wear and tear, ageing of materials, and changes arising from use or storage conditions do not constitute manufacturing defects.

 

7. ORDERS

7.1. The display of Products on the Website constitutes an invitation to treat and not a binding offer by us to sell.

7.2. By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected Product(s) subject to these Terms.

7.3. After you place an order, you may receive an acknowledgement email confirming that your order request has been received. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

7.4. A contract for the sale of Product(s) is formed only when your order has been accepted and the relevant Product(s) have been dispatched, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.

7.5. We reserve the right to refuse, reject, cancel, suspend, or unwind any order or transaction at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

a) the Product is unavailable or out of stock;

b) there is a pricing error, typographical error, or other error in the Product information;

c) payment authorization fails or cannot be obtained;

 

d) we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse of the Website;

e) the order appears to be placed by a reseller, distributor, or other unauthorized commercial purchaser;

f) shipping restrictions or legal restrictions apply;

g) the Product does not satisfy our quality control standards;

h) you do not meet the eligibility requirements under these Terms.

7.6. We may require additional information or verification before accepting or processing an order, including identity, billing, shipping, and payment verification.

7.7. Items placed in a shopping bag or cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until checkout is completed and the order is accepted.

7.8. Products purchased through the Website are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, redistribution, bulk purchasing, commercial resale, distribution, or other unauthorized commercial purposes.

 

8. FRAUD PREVENTION AND PAYMENT VERIFICATION

8.1. For security and fraud prevention purposes, transactions may be subject to screening, verification, and review.

8.2. We and/or our payment and transaction partners may use fraud prevention tools, payment verification systems, and risk assessment procedures to review transactions.

8.3. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or place on hold any order where fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

8.4. By placing an order, you agree that information relating to your transaction may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention providers, transaction service providers, and other relevant parties for fraud prevention, verification, compliance, and payment processing purposes, in accordance with applicable law and our privacy documentation.

 

9. PRICING AND CURRENCY

9.1. Prices shown on the Website may be displayed in different currencies depending on the Customer’s location and the shipping destination selected.

9.2. The applicable currency and final price will be confirmed at checkout.

9.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

9.4. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical error, pricing error, or any other mistake, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Website and to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that Product or arising from such errors at any time, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

9.5. Where duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, the total amount displayed at checkout will form part of the total transaction price payable by the Customer.

9.6. Your card issuer, bank, or payment provider may apply additional fees, exchange charges, cross-border charges, or similar fees. Such charges are not imposed or controlled by us or by Global-e, and we are not responsible for them.

 

10. PAYMENT

10.1. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

10.2. By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

a) the payment method used is yours or that you are duly authorized to use it;

b) the billing and payment information you provide is complete, accurate, and current.

10.3. Payment processing may be handled by Global-e and/or third-party payment processors.

10.4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any purchase where payment authorization is refused, revoked, or otherwise fails.

10.5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from payment authorization issues or fraud prevention reviews.

10.6. Chargebacks

 

If a chargeback is initiated by the Customer with the payment provider without first contacting Customer Services to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order and restrict future purchases through the Website.

 

11. SHIPPING

11.1. All orders are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

11.2. Orders are shipped via DHL Express.

11.3. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

a) Europe: 1–3 business days;

b) United States: 2–4 business days;

c) Rest of World: 2–6 business days.

11.4. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance procedures, public holidays, courier delays, weather events, transport disruptions, or regulatory requirements.

11.4A. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, regulatory inspections, or other governmental processes in the destination country.

11.5. We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain countries or regions where delivery is not supported, restricted, or prohibited.

11.6. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and all other delivery details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

11.7. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to amend, redirect, or reroute the shipment.

 

12. DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

12.1. Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and similar governmental charges are calculated at checkout.

12.2. Where such charges are included in the total amount payable at checkout, Customers will not be required to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

12.3. Duties, taxes, tariffs, and similar governmental charges are imposed by relevant authorities and are not part of the Product price itself.

 

13. DELIVERY, TITLE, AND RISK

13.1. Title to the Product(s) shall pass in accordance with the applicable transaction structure and once payment has been successfully completed and the Product(s) have been dispatched, subject always to the role of Global-e as merchant of record where applicable.

13.2. Risk of loss or damage to the Product(s) passes to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

13.3. A signature may be required upon delivery. If a signature is obtained at the delivery address, this shall constitute evidence of delivery and fulfilment.

13.4. If you nominate a recipient or delivery address other than yourself, you accept that a signature at that delivery address may be treated as evidence of valid delivery.

13.5. If a package arrives visibly damaged, the Customer should notify the courier at the time of delivery and contact our customer service team without delay.

13.6. Any claim for missing items, damaged items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

13.7. Failure to report delivery issues within the timeframe specified above may result in the claim being declined.

 

14. PRE-ORDERS

14.1. From time to time, certain Product(s) may be offered on a pre-order basis.

14.2. Pre-order items are Product(s) that are not yet available for immediate shipment but may be reserved in advance.

14.3. Payment for pre-order items is taken at the time the order is placed.

14.4. Estimated shipping or dispatch dates for pre-order items will be indicated on the relevant Product page where available. Such dates are estimates only and may be changed due to production schedules, supply chain factors, courier factors, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14.5. If an order contains both pre-order items and items available for immediate shipment, the items may be shipped separately as they become available.

14.6. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers in the event of significant delays affecting pre-order items.

 

15. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND OFFERS

15.1. From time to time, promotional codes, discount codes, or special offers may be made available.

15.2. Such offers may be subject to specific conditions, including but not limited to expiration dates, minimum spend requirements, Product exclusions, territory restrictions, or usage limitations.

15.3. Unless otherwise expressly stated, promotional codes and discount offers may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

15.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotional code or offer at any time.

 

16. RETURNS

16.1. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

16.2. Returns must be initiated through the applicable return process made available by us, which may include customer service and/or the relevant return portal.

16.3. Once a return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

16.4. Returned Product(s) must be sent in accordance with the instructions provided and returned to our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

16.5. Unless the Product is defective or incorrect:

a) return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer;

b) original shipping costs are non-refundable.

16.6. Customers are strongly advised to use a secure, tracked, and insured courier service when returning Product(s), as return transit remains at the Customer’s risk unless we expressly arrange the return shipment.

16.7. If the returned Product is defective or incorrect, we may arrange the return shipment at our discretion.

 

17. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

17.1. Returned Product(s) must be:

a) unused;

b) unworn;

c) unwashed;

d) in their original condition;

e) with all original tags attached;

f) returned in the original packaging and with any accompanying materials, accessories, dust bags, authenticity materials, or other relevant components.

17.2. Returns that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the Product may be refused.

17.3. If a return does not satisfy the conditions set out in this Section, we reserve the right to reject the return, reduce the refund where permitted, or return the Product to the Customer.

18. FINAL SALE ITEMS

18.1. Certain Product(s) may be marked as Final Sale.

18.2. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the relevant item is defective or incorrect.

18.3. Final Sale status will be clearly indicated on the relevant Product page where applicable.

 

19. EXCHANGES

19.1. We do not offer direct exchanges.

19.2. If a Customer wishes to obtain a different size, colour, or Product, the original Product must be returned in accordance with these Terms and a new order must be placed separately.

 

20. DUTIES AND TAXES ON RETURNS

20.1. Import duties, customs taxes, tariffs, and similar governmental charges that may be included in the purchase price at checkout are generally non-refundable in the event of a return.

20.2. Such amounts may be remitted to local customs or tax authorities and may not always be recoverable.

20.3. Accordingly, refunds issued for returned Product(s) will normally exclude duties and taxes paid at checkout.

20.4. In cases where a returned Product is defective or incorrect, we may refund the corresponding duties and taxes at our discretion.

 

21. REFUNDS

21.1. Refunds will only be processed once the returned Product has been received and inspected by our quality control team at our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

21.2. Refunds will not be processed before the returned Product is physically received and inspected.

21.3. If the returned Product does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and/or return the Product to the Customer.

21.4. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

21.5. Once approved, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to be processed, although actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

 

22. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

22.1. If you receive a Product that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 48 hours of delivery where visible damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancy is involved.

22.2. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accident, or unauthorized alteration shall not be considered faulty.

22.3. Where a Product is confirmed by us to be defective or incorrect, we may, at our discretion:

a) offer a refund;

b) offer a replacement where possible;

c) arrange return shipment at our cost;

d) refund the corresponding duties and taxes at our discretion.

 

23. LEATHER GOODS AND SPECIAL MATERIALS

23.1. Certain leather goods and garments may be covered by a limited manufacturing warranty for defects arising directly from production.

23.2. Such warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, or changes resulting from the natural characteristics of the material.

23.3. Where Products are made using exotic skins or regulated materials, such Products may be subject to additional regulatory documentation, restrictions, or traceability requirements.

 

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

24.1. The JACOB LEE name, logo, and all related trademarks, trade dress, designs, images, content, graphics, photographs, text, Product designs, and other intellectual property displayed on the Website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

24.2. Such intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, uploaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or otherwise used in whole or in part without prior written permission of the respective rights holder.

24.3. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any intellectual property appearing on the Website.

24.4. Any unauthorized commercial use of the Website content or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

 

25. USER SUBMISSIONS

25.1. If you submit comments, reviews, feedback, ideas, suggestions, or other materials to us, whether requested or unsolicited, you agree that we may use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and otherwise exploit such submissions for lawful business purposes, subject always to applicable law and our privacy practices.

25.2. You confirm that any submission made by you will not infringe the rights of any third party and will not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.

 

26. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

26.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and all content, materials, and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

26.2. We do not warrant that:

a) the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;

b) the Website will be free of viruses or harmful components;

c) the information on the Website will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

26.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any consumer rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws in the Customer’s country of residence.

26.4. Subject to the foregoing, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of the Website or any purchase made through it.

 

27. FORCE MAJEURE

27.1. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where the delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

a) natural disasters;

b) acts of God;

c) war, terrorism, civil unrest, or governmental action;

d) labour disputes or strikes;

e) transport, courier, or logistics disruptions;

f) customs delays;

g) power failures, system outages, or network failures;

h) shortages of materials, components, or supply chain interruptions.

 

28. PRIVACY

28.1. Any personal information collected or processed through the Website shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and related notices made available on the Website and, where applicable, by Global-e or other transaction partners at checkout.

 

29. SEVERABILITY

29.1. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

30. NO WAIVER

30.1. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right, power, or remedy.

 

31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

31.1. These Terms, together with any policies and documents expressly referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior understandings, communications, or agreements relating to that subject matter.

 

32. GOVERNING LAW

32.1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
