ORDERING ON JACOB LEE

HOW TO ORDER?

From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.

- Add the product to your Shopping Bag.

- Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag.

- Select a shipping method and a payment method.

- Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details.

- Check that the information you entered is correct and click on "Proceed to checkout"

PRE-ORDERS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

You have the opportunity to pre-order a selection of Products before their commercial launch or distribution and placement in the market.

The estimated shipping date is noted on the product page and in the checkout process. You will receive shipment confirmations when item is dispatched.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

Pre-order products are charged immediately upon checkout

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

If you order products that are in-stock along with pre-order items, they may be sent together at the later shipping date. This depends on the estimated inbounding date.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

To cancel your pre-order, please call us at +44 20 3137 687 or email our Customer Service.

Please note: once your pre-order item has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

When you receive your order, check your packing slip for our return policy and process. We will gladly accept refunds on merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging, within 30 days from the ship date. This excludes any shipping or handling charges.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRE-ORDER ITEM?

Our regular return policy applies to pre-order items. You will have 14 days from when you receive your item from your order to return any items from your order

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DOES JACOB LEE ACCEPT?

We offer different payment methods in different countries. In all countries we accept credit cards, but in many countries, we also offer PayPal and country specific payment methods

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Our Online Store ships worldwide, delivering 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Our carrier does not deliver on holidays. Shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your country

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. You can click on the tracking number on this e-mail to view your shipment's progress

CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE/TIME?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping. Please note: once your pre-order item has shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGE

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?

Request an RMA by logging into the Returns Portal or contact our Customer Service  

We will then contact you within a reasonable time to confirm whether your return has been authorized. If your return request has been authorized, we will email you return instructions, a pre-paid returns label and RMA number which you must include in the return package.

Enclose the item(s) you wish to return in the original box.

Print and attach the pre-paid returns label to the outside of the box.

Go to www.dhl.com and choose your country from the "Choose your location" pull down menu.

Find your local DHL Service Point for parcel drop off or Contact DHL to arrange a pick up.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REFUNDS TO PROCESS?

Once your order has been received and inspected, please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.

CAN I RECEIVE MY REFUND ON A CREDIT CARD THAT IS
DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE USED FOR THE PURCHASE?

For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEM?

Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please use our return service for the incorrect items and place a new order for the right ones

TAXES AND DUTIES

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES?

Local VAT will be applied for all EU destinations and the UK.

Most countries (outside the EU) we ship to are done so on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, this means that all relevant import taxes and customs duties will be calculated and added to the total before you complete your order at check-out prior to purchase.

If your desired shipping destination does not appear on check-out as DDP service respectively we are not able to ship to your destination on DDP basis, it will be considered a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination. This means that all product prices displayed as exclusive of all customs import duties and taxes, as well as EU/UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

For JACOB LEE pieces, JACOB LEE recommends dry cleaning, unless otherwise instructed on the care label inside the garment
