Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To initiate a return, customers must follow the return process provided through the Global-e return portal or the return instructions provided with the order.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- unwashed
- in their original condition
- with all original tags attached
- returned with original packaging and accessories
- Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be refused or returned to the customer.
Returns must be sent back to our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the instructions provided during the return process.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect:
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- original shipping costs are non-refundable
If a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we may arrange return shipping at our cost.
Customers are responsible for arranging secure and trackable return shipping, unless the return is handled through the Global-e return process. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a different size, colour, or product is required, the original item must be returned and a new order placed.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our Dubai warehouse.
Duties and taxes paid at checkout are generally non-refundable.
Any claim for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
